Two modes, one app
PropStream's Drive feature lives behind the Drive icon at the bottom center of the mobile app. It gives you two ways to work: filter-driven search (apply your desktop filters to a moving radius around your location) and visual scouting (freestyle the route, tap properties as you spot them). Both record your route and save it to the Drive Log for revisiting later.
The power is in the combination. You spot a distressed property from the curb — overgrown lawn, boarded windows, no car in the driveway. You tap it on the PropStream map. In seconds, you know the owner's equity position, whether they live in-state or 3,000 miles away, how long they've owned it, and what it last sold for. You've gone from "that house looks empty" to "this is a motivated seller with 40% equity and an out-of-state owner" — without leaving your car.

Set Filters and Drive
Search up to a 50-mile radius from your current location and apply the same 120+ filters available on the PropStream desktop. Filter for non-owner-occupied vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, high-equity leads, or any combination — while you drive. The map populates with properties matching your criteria inside your radius.

- 4.Apply filters — ownership, equity, MLS status, liens, pre-foreclosure, mortgage info
- 5.Hit Apply — the map populates with matching properties inside your radius
- 6.Tap any property pin to pull details, run comps, check equity, and skip trace
Just Drive
Freestyle your driving-for-dollars route. Record your path in real-time without pre-set filters. As you spot distressed properties, tap them on the map or tap-and-hold to quick-save to your Favorites folder. This is the mode for visually identifying properties by sight — overgrown lawn, boarded windows, piled-up mail — then pulling the data on the spot.

- 2.Drive your route — PropStream records your path in real-time
- 3.Zoom in next to a property and tap it to pull the data
- 4.Tap the heart button to save, or tap Details to analyze the full property report
- 5.Tap-and-hold on a property to quick-save without stopping — it goes to your Favorites
- 6.End Drive when done — save the route to your Drive Log for future reference

Classification, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, building size, lot size, year built, home features, school district, HOA/COA
MLS status
On/off market, MLS keywords, listing date, status, days on market, listing amount, listed below market price
Pre-foreclosure & bank-owned
Notice of default, auction status, recording dates, auction dates, opening bid amount, default amount — or suppress these records entirely
Ownership info
Years of ownership, owner type, last sale date/price, owner location (out-of-state, in-state, same ZIP), family transfer, unknown sale dates
Lien, bankruptcy & divorce
Lien type, lien recording date, lien amount, bankruptcy recording date, divorce filing date, tax delinquent year — or suppress these records
Valuation & equity
Estimated value, estimated rental income, growth over 2 years, estimated equity $ and %, LTV ratio, assessed total value
Mortgage info
Up to 4 loan positions, open mortgage balance, first loan LTV %, cash buyer (include or exclude), free and clear (include or exclude), seller carryback notes
The Drive Log — your route history
Every recorded drive is saved and accessible later. Tap More → Mobile Activity → Drive Log to see every route you've taken. Filter by last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, or all drives. Each entry shows distance traveled, time on the road, and stops made. This is useful for revisiting neighborhoods — the properties are still there, and PropStream's data refreshes daily.
